Job Overview

JOB DISCRIPTION
  • Assist in analyzing workflows and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Support implementation of process improvement initiatives and monitor outcome.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations on process improvements and projects
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including audit records, quality data, and process manuals
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and address operational issues
  • Provide administrative support to process improvement teams, including meeting coordination and follow-ups
  • Assist in preparing for internal and external audits (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement by suggesting development opportunities
  • Perform additional duties to support departmental and organizational goals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
  • 0–2 years of administrative or support experience, preferably in manufacturing
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/MES systems desirable
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; team- and customer-focused
  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn new systems and processes
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Committed to safety, ethical practices, and continuous professional development
