Job Overview
JOB DISCRIPTION
- Assist in analyzing workflows and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
- Support implementation of process improvement initiatives and monitor outcome.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations on process improvements and projects
- Maintain accurate documentation, including audit records, quality data, and process manuals
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and address operational issues
- Provide administrative support to process improvement teams, including meeting coordination and follow-ups
- Assist in preparing for internal and external audits (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement by suggesting development opportunities
- Perform additional duties to support departmental and organizational goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
- 0β2 years of administrative or support experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/MES systems desirable
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication; team- and customer-focused
- Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn new systems and processes
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are a plus
- Committed to safety, ethical practices, and continuous professional development
