Job Overview
Job Description:
- Provide clear direction and foster a high-performance culture.
- Coach, mentor, and evaluate team performance.
- Track and improve processes using Lean and Six Sigma.
- Monitor KPIs (downtime, maintenance cost, reliability).
- Lead or participate in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and HAZOP studies.
- Support identification and management of Safety Critical Elements (SCEs).
- Manage CAPEX projects (budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation).
Job Requirement:
- Education: degree in a relevant field (e.g., manufacturing, chemical engineering).
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the polysilicon/chemical plant
- General & special understanding of chemical plant equipment and process.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and technical skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime if required.
- Strong safety awareness.
- Holding a valid Technologist Title under the Malaysian Board of Technologists is an added advantage.
