Job Description
As Product Manager for Eptura Asset, you will lead the development, enhancement, and integration of our asset management solutions. You’ll be talking to customers from Fortune 500 companies to bridge business value and technical execution, collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your work will directly influence the future of workplace technology and asset management.
Responsibilities
- Backlog Ownership: Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritised, and continuously refined in collaboration with engineering and design squads.
- Roadmap Ownership: Take responsibility for specific areas of the product roadmap, contributing to planning and execution for assigned features and initiatives.
- Inspire Delivery: Motivate and inspire engineering and design teams to deliver high-impact product releases that meet customer and business needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage proactively with stakeholders, especially customers, to gather feedback, validate solutions, and ensure their needs are addressed in product development.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date product documentation, including release notes, feature guides, and user-facing materials.
- Go-to-Market Planning: Coordinate the communication of new features and enhancements to internal teams (e.g., sales, support, marketing), ensuring clarity and alignment. Collaborate with marketing and sales to support go-to-market planning and launch activities.
- Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report on key product metrics such as adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and ROI to measure success and inform improvements.
- Risk Management: Identify product risks and work with relevant teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by seeking feedback, analysing outcomes, and driving iterative enhancements to the product and processes.
About You
- Understanding user pain points and advocating for customer-centric solutions.
- Ability to work with analytics, dashboards, and KPIs to drive product decisions.
- Managing enterprise clients, gathering feedback, and translating needs into product features.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), multi-tenancy, and security best practices.
- Proficiency with systems for Project tracking, collaboration including Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian.
- Understanding of how cross-product integrations work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to simplify complex issues for diverse audiences.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Familiarity with sectors like manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, or facilities management is a plus.
- Formal product ownership or business analysis experience is a bonus.
