About the Role:
We’re hiring a 50/50 Sales & Marketing generalist to accelerate growth of We-ID (our eRecognition/eHerkenning tokens brand) in the Netherlands. You’ll combine hands-on outbound sales with measurable marketing owning campaigns end-to-end, turning interest into opportunities, and guiding prospects through to onboarding. This role suits someone early in their commercial career who enjoys variety and wants to learn both sides of the revenue engine in a fast-growing tech company, working closely with senior colleagues in both sales and marketing.


What you’ll do own the funnel (top to bottom)

  • Run targeted outbound to priority segments (calls, email, LinkedIn) and book qualified meetings
  • Manage opportunities from first contact to signed agreement and smooth onboarding of our eHerkenning customers
  • Be a trusted point of contact for prospects and customers. Identify needs, remove blockers, and close the loop

Build pipeline with marketing

  • Support campaign execution: help prepare target lists, set up email sequences, and schedule posts using existing templates
  • Assist with webinars: coordinate invites and reminders, host live sessions with a colleague, and handle follow-up tasks
  • Help organise social activity and small events; make sure attendees get timely follow-up
  • Repurpose content: turn blog posts into short updates, basic visuals and snippets using guidance and tools
  • Create and send the We-ID newsletter; grow subscribers and track engagement
  • Keep assets tidy: update links, tags, and simple landing pages so prospects can find the right information


What you bring

  • Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written)
  • Clear, confident communicator who enjoys customer contact
  • Fast learner with genuine interest in SaaS and digital identity
  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, commercial economics, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with social media, email campaigns, or CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus)
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable with active sales (not just inbound)


Nice to have

  • 0–3 years in a commercial role (internships count)
  • Webinar and basic content production skills (short posts, simple landing pages)
  • Website/CMS experience (e.g., WordPress or similar); basic page updates, formatting, and uploads
