Engineer, Planning Section

Job Description: 

• Track and manage product inventory and quality for end-to-end supply chain documentation 
• Prepare documents for product shipments and traceability through coordination with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal team
• To prepare weekly report and monthly meeting.
• Support and continuously implementation of ISO 9001 in all department and section 
• Handle customer requests for product-related documents and monitor product performance and align on business objectives 
• Conduct quality inspections, root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions to enhance product quality
• Follow safety and environmental guidelines
• Assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering 
• Basic understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiar with ERP and MES systems
• Organized and ethical and quality-oriented
• Good communication and customer focus
• Takes initiative and learns quickly
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
