We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing Sales Team, a high-performing group dedicated to helping customers experience the benefits of BrightPay’s next-generation cloud payroll solution.

What will you do?

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our customers’ journey to the cloud. Your focus will be on consultative selling, guiding businesses through the migration process, and ensuring they get maximum value from our software. 

You will: 
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth in cloud payroll adoption. 
  • Qualify leads, deliver engaging product demonstrations, and negotiate deals. 
  • Nurture and convert existing customers from desktop to cloud solutions. 
  • Build strong relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service. 
  • Conduct outbound calls and virtual meetings (Teams) to present and promote BrightPay Cloud. 
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to represent Bright and expand brand awareness. 
  • Track performance against KPIs and share progress updates with your manager. 
  • Stay informed on product updates, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape. 
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and leadership teams to optimise conversion strategies. 

What are we looking for? 

You’re a motivated, results-driven sales professional with a passion for technology and helping businesses succeed. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building long-term customer relationships. 

Requirements:
 
  • Minimum 12+ months’ experience in a sales role (B2B experience preferred). 
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills. 
  • Strong relationship builder with great communication and presentation skills. 
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented. 
  • Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and how they might be applied to the role.
  • Adaptable and proactive, with a bias for action in a dynamic environment. 
  • Interest in digital accountancy, payroll technology, and emerging business trends. 
  • Experience using CRM systems and producing sales reports.
