We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications across both front-end and back-end technologies. You will contribute to the full software development lifecycle—from requirements gathering to deployment—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative IT solutions for Condeco’s business clients. This role also includes mentoring team members, participating in hackathons, and driving performance optimization across applications.
Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements review and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Design and architect key modules across the full stack.
- Deliver high-quality, scalable code using .NET technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Develop and maintain multi-tier applications using ASP.NET, C#, MVC, SQL Server, and Web API.
- Build responsive and dynamic web components using Angular or React.
- Test, deploy, and maintain applications and systems across the stack.
- Refactor, revise, and debug code to improve performance and reliability.
- Continuously enhance software through industry-standard refactoring practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Monitor live site performance and optimize application responsiveness.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Participate in engineering hackathons to drive innovation and experimentation.
About You
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with strong back-end and front-end development skills.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Angular or React.
- Strong expertise in ASP.NET, SQL Server, and architectural patterns like MVC.
- Proficient in C#, Web APIs, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience with DevOps practices, including Continuous Delivery and CI/CD pipelines.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with Azure cloud services.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
