Virtual Staffing Solutions is seeking proactive and organized Application Chasers to follow up on pending loan or financial product applications. This role involves reaching out to applicants to collect missing information or documents, ensuring files are accurate and complete before processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Review pending loan or financial product applications to identify missing or incomplete information.
- Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails or messages to applicants to gather required documents or details.
- Clearly explain next steps, required forms, and any additional verification documents needed.
- Enter updated information into the CRM accurately.
- Coordinate with credit, underwriting, and compliance teams to ensure completed applications meet financial-service regulations.
- Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer experience throughout the process.
- Track call results, completed applications, and conversion metrics for performance reporting.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Previous experience in financial services, lending, or banking is an advantage but not required.
- Proven background in customer service or call center operations.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient in using CRM platforms or similar tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
