In this role, you will be the frontline support for our customers, providing them with the assistance they require regarding our products and services. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed service.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is advantageous.
