As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed service.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is advantageous.
