In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include handling various administrative tasks, communicating with staff and clients, and assisting in the overall coordination of office activities. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for staff
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, including memos and reports
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
  • Proven experience as an office assistant, office clerk, or in a related role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
