Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client needs efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and enhance service delivery.
- Communicate product information, updates, and company policies to clients clearly and effectively.
- Assist in the development of communication materials and resources for both clients and team members.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
