Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling multiple tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff and clients.
