We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team and contribute to the efficient functioning of our office operations. As an Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organizational structure of the workplace by handling administrative duties that support the overall productivity of the staff. 

Key Responsibilities


Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic files in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of documents and reports for management and staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution and correspondence tracking.
  • Data entry and updating records in computer systems and databases with a high level of accuracy.
  • Conduct inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient office operations.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling multiple tasks.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff and clients.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information responsibly.
