We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO, Chairman, and the executive team. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating travel, overseeing special projects, preparing reports, and facilitating meetings. The role also involves compliance tracking and maintaining organizational updates. This is an onsite role based in either our Ormoc or Cebu sites, with occasional trips to other VSS locations as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Primarily supports the CEO and Chairman and provide as needed assistance other executive team members.
- Day-to-day management, overseeing special projects and coordinating travel and logistical arrangements
- Timely and thorough preparation and review of reports
- Facilitation of meetings and company engagement activities.

- Management of organizational updates and transactions via various systems as well as compliance tracking and follow-up for team members
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- At least one (1) year verifiable experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Level Executives (especially the CEO), preferably in the BPO industry.
- Proficient in drafting and editing correspondences, reports, legal documents, and presentations.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms (e.g. Zoom and MS Teams), proficiency in project and task management tools is an advantage (e.g. Trello/Asana) is an advantage.
- Exceptional attention to details, follow-up skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong judgment in handling confidential information with integrity and independence.
