We have a great opportunity for an Expenses Assistant to join our team in the Woking office.
This is an opportunity assist and provide a high-quality level of service within the Finance team by collaborating and communicating effectively in order to meet shared goals and deadlines on both Purchase ledger and Practice Administration software.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Processing staff expenses and credit cards
✅ Setting up new starters and processing leavers on the expenses system
✅ Set up monthly expense payment runs and reports
✅ Data journals entry
✅ Maintaining relationships with suppliers and employees
✅ Ad hoc projects and providing cover for team mates in a busy finance office

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

We’re after a motivated and organised individual with a solid academic background (5 GCSEs including Maths & English, and 3 A-Levels A–C) who’s confident using Office 365, especially Excel. You’ll have some basic experience with bookkeeping, accounting software, or BACS payments, and be great at meeting deadlines while staying flexible and proactive.
Strong communication skills, a team-focused mindset, and good time management are key. Bonus points if you’ve got Purchase Ledger experience
