Key Responsibilities
- You will be able to help provide high standards of care and education to meet the individual needs of the children
- You are able to provide play based learning opportunities for all children
- You will be able to adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain positive working relationships with the team, parents and carers
- You will know when to report issues of concern to a senior team member
- You have a positive attitude and creative ideas to inspire learning
- You have good verbal and written communication skills with adults and children
- You will have great planning and organisation skills
- You will have a willingness to learn
- Ensure high levels of interaction with children in order to help extend their learning
- Support children at mealtimes ensuring these provide a positive social experience for the children
- Provide support for children who are transitioning to new settings
- Help children with feeding, changing clothes, nappies, toileting etc
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essentials
- Experience of working with children

- Full and relevant level 2 in Early Years
- Food Hygiene Level 2
- FGM
- Safeguarding
- Paediatric First Aid
