Job Overview

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Prepare and process Employment Pass applications for expatriate hires in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with government agencies (e.g., Immigration Department, relevant ministries) to ensure timely approval of work permits and passes.
  • Maintain accurate records of EP applications and renewals.
  • Advise hiring managers on employment pass eligibility and requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience handling Employment Pass applications.
  • Strong knowledge of immigration regulations and work pass requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
