Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Prepare and process Employment Pass applications for expatriate hires in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with government agencies (e.g., Immigration Department, relevant ministries) to ensure timely approval of work permits and passes.
- Maintain accurate records of EP applications and renewals.
- Advise hiring managers on employment pass eligibility and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience handling Employment Pass applications.
- Strong knowledge of immigration regulations and work pass requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
