- Conduct New CAPEX project that affects the performance of maintenance activities.
- Conduct post-performance analysis of completed projects.
- Communicate with other related parties or government authorities regarding legal requirements.
- Conduct or provide training for staff to increase the performance of the section.
- Analyzed and report on the integrity of plant equipment to related departments.
- Able to analyze and review equipment design.
- Knowledgeable in maintenance work and inspection.
- Communicate with other related departments and contractors regarding maintenance work scope.
- Ensure adherence to the company's Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policies and procedures, including compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Report any unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and SHE incidents (including near misses)
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct superior or Directors of the Company.
