  • Design and implement comprehensive maintenance programs for equipment and machinery.
  • Review work procedure and specification
  • Observe and maintain ISO 9001
  • Evaluate maintenance practices and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including labor, materials, and spare parts.
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize maintenance efficiency and minimize operational costs.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining high standards of equipment reliability and safety.
  • Conduct New CAPEX project that affects the performance of maintenance activities.
  • Conduct post-performance analysis of completed projects.
  • Communicate with other related parties or government authorities regarding legal requirements.
  • Conduct or provide training for staff to increase the performance of the section.
  • Analyzed and report on the integrity of plant equipment to related departments.
  • Able to analyze and review equipment design.
  • Knowledgeable in maintenance work and inspection.
  • Communicate with other related departments and contractors regarding maintenance work scope.
  • Ensure adherence to the company's Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policies and procedures, including compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Report any unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and SHE incidents (including near misses)
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct superior or Directors of the Company.
