Engineer, Maintenance Department

Tasks & responsibilities

• Carry out preparation for equipment maintenance and to ensure daily maintenance work carry out smoothly.
• Supervise and guide the technician and contractors to carry out the good quality of maintenance services.
• To investigate and report the actual causes of any delay.
• To check the acceptance of project documents, vendor documents, method statement, working drawing and others are compliance with the requirement.
• To check the revised drawing, construction plan and other documents involved submitted by contractors are proper & practical.

Qualifications & experience

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
• Preferably experience in maintenance of plant at least 5 years.
• Willing to work extra hours and support on weekend or public holiday if required.
• Good writing and oral skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge of Machine facilities (Statics / Rotating Equipment) or Instrument.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Windows)
