Harnest, part of the Mazzei Group, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Adelaide team — overseeing a pipeline of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and social housing projects across South Australia.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery from early feasibility to handover

  • Oversee SDA and social housing builds across low-rise and medium-density projects

  • Coordinate consultants, builders, and subcontractors

  • Manage BOQs, program tracking, approvals, and stakeholder reporting

  • Navigate NDIS, accessibility, and social procurement requirements

  • Build trusted relationships with providers, agencies, and internal teams

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in residential or community housing project management

  • Proven coordination and stakeholder skills across government or NFP projects

  • Strong understanding of NCC, SDA design standards, and compliance pathways

  • Experience with D&C contracts and live project environments

  • Resilient, organised, and comfortable working across multiple sites

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Project Management or related field
