🥜 In a nutshell

As Contract Compliance and Legal Support Specialist you are responsible for validating employee and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. You will also be responsible for completing contract templates, consulting external lawyers or senior in-house legal counsel for high-tier legal matters, and handling employee dispute cases as needed.

🎯 The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

• Review and validate employee and vendor contracts to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
• Complete contract templates accurately, ensuring alignment with agreed terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors and senior in-house legal counsel on complex contractual matters.
• Monitor contract renewals, expirations, and necessary amendments to maintain up-to date records.
• Assist in resolving employee disputes, gathering relevant documentation, and liaising with legal advisors as necessary.
• Ensure contracts adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Support negotiations by providing contract-related insights and documentation.
• Maintain an organized contract database for easy retrieval and reference.
• Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract-related processes and best practices.
• Assist in audits and compliance reviews related to employment and vendor agreements.

⚡ All you need is…

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
  
• Croatian native speaker and fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in contract management, legal support, or compliance (2+ years preferred).
• Familiarity with employment laws, vendor agreements, and legal terminology.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with legal teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving legal environment

       Nice to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software is a plus.
• Completed and passed the State Judicial Exam in Croatia.
