DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for software development projects.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable software specifications and functional documentation.
  • Ensure alignment between software solutions and organizational objectives by working closely with key business leaders.
  • Offer insights on leveraging technology to improve and support operational processes.
  • Serve as a bridge between business teams and software development teams, facilitating effective communication and mutual understanding.
  • Develop comprehensive user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
  • Support development teams throughout sprint planning, execution, and delivery cycles.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications to serve as a reference for all involved parties.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating with stakeholders and addressing issues raised during testing phases.
  • Identify and recommend improvements in software systems and business processes based on user feedback and project insights.
  • Assess risks and challenges associated with business requirements and collaborate with relevant teams to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
  • Promote a collaborative working environment that encourages transparency between business and technical teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and provide training or guidance to end-users on new system features or updates.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably within the financial technology (FinTech) or related industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert business needs into well-defined technical requirements.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience aligning software development efforts with broader business goals and priorities.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and participation in sprint planning and execution is a plus.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including user stories, use cases, and system workflows.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and best practices in requirement management and testing.
