Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR matters and support grievance handling.
  • Coordinate appraisals and assist in performance tracking.
  • Identify training needs and organize learning programs.
  • Assist in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Support SHE compliance including ISO standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 
  • 2-5 years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR management, labor laws recruitment and training
