Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding processes.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR matters and support grievance handling.
- Coordinate appraisals and assist in performance tracking.
- Identify training needs and organize learning programs.
- Assist in payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Support SHE compliance including ISO standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-5 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR management, labor laws recruitment and training
