Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational, financial, and case-related data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports for leadership and practice groups.
- Utilize AI tools and reporting software to automate processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve workflow efficiency.
- Support attorneys, case managers, and leadership teams by providing data insights and performance metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, HR, and finance departments to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with firm standards and confidentiality requirements.
- Provide support on special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
