A leading premium cookware and kitchenware company is looking for a Head of Recruiting — a high-performance operator who can own hiring end-to-end, run flawless interview operations, and build a predictable pipeline of top-tier talent across every department.

What You’ll Own

  • Full ownership of the recruiting lifecycle—from intake to offer acceptance.
  • Schedule and run all internal interviews with Marketing, Creative, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams.
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for cross-functional interview loops, ensuring calendars, prep, and communication are seamless.
  • Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline across corporate, creative, and technical roles.
  • Filter, screen, and qualify talent ruthlessly — only the best make it through.
  • Partner with department heads on role requirements, competencies, and scorecards.
  • Implement structured hiring systems, including interview frameworks, feedback forms, and post-interview debriefs.
  • Maintain flawless candidate communication — zero drop-offs, zero ghosting.
  • Track key hiring metrics (speed to hire, funnel conversion, offer acceptance, quality of hire) and report weekly.
  • Own ATS hygiene, candidate experience, and compliance across the full funnel.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 5–7+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced consumer, DTC, or high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to manage dozens of open roles simultaneously without sacrificing precision or quality.
  • Mastery of complex interview scheduling — you solve multi-stakeholder calendars like a chess puzzle.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership and founder-level hiring.
  • Exceptional communication skills — clear, direct, and timely.
  • Operational and systems mindset: you build structure, fix bottlenecks, and enforce accountability.
  • High EQ with sharp talent judgment.
  • Strong ATS proficiency and a bias toward process discipline.
