- Proactively identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities by acquiring new customers (hunting) and developing existing ones (farming).
- Drive growth in revenue and margin by leveraging our complete portfolio.
- Identify and understand customer & stakeholder needs and effectively communicate how our portfolio will meet those needs.
- Influence strategic direction and buying decisions; be your customers advocate.
- Work transversally with all business units to enhance collaboration and business opportunities.
- Engage with partners and suppliers in your territory to create synergies and increase opportunity pipeline.
- Efficiently manage all aspects of your territory’s sustainable success.
- Forecast and report accurately using our CRM system.
- Maintaining and optimizing relationships with current and future customers.
- Representing aDvens at local/international lead and demand generation events and conferences.
- Increase the aDvens brand awareness and spread the aDvens values.
