About the Job

  • Amar Bank Bisnis App is the next-generation digital banking and financial solution for Indonesia’s MSME ecosystem — empowering small and medium business owners with smart financial tools, credit access, and business management features.
  • As MSME Account Development Head, you will lead the growth of one of Amar Bank’s strategic digital initiatives. Your mission: to drive massive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion among Indonesia’s millions of MSME entrepreneurs.
  • You will own the end-to-end growth and user acquisition strategy for Amar Bank Bisnis App — combining product growth tactics, offline and digital marketing, partnerships, and data-driven experimentation to accelerate adoption and retention. This is a senior leadership role requiring a mix of strategic thinking, executional excellence, and cross-functional influence

Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute an integrated user acquisition strategy (organic + paid) to achieve MSME customer growth targets.
  • Marketing Leadership: Lead all user acquisition initiatives and coordinate with related functions. The initiatives include positioning Amar Bank as a key opinion leader in digital banking and MSME digitalization
  • Product-Led Growth: Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to optimize onboarding, activation, and retention through growth loops and funnel optimization.
  • Partnership Development: Build acquisition partnerships with MSME platforms, marketplaces, and business communities.
  • Analytics & Experimentation: Drive A/B testing, cohort analysis, and marketing attribution to continuously improve CAC and conversion rates.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team across acquisition, digital marketing, and growth analytics.
  • Budget Ownership: Manage and optimize multi-channel acquisition budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Brand Integration: Ensure acquisition campaigns align with Amar Bank’s brand and compliance standards.

Requirement

  • Possess 8–12 years of experience in digital growth, user acquisition, or marketing leadership roles, preferably within securities platforms, digital banking, crypto platforms, fintech funding-side, or MSME-focused applications
  • Strong Analytical Skills with Deep understanding of growth metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, conversion) and data tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Amplitude, etc.).
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams (marketing, product, data).
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset with Hands-on, experimental, and outcome-driven — thrives in fast-moving startup or digital bank environments.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
