About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Sourcing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, ensuring that we source high-quality materials and services at the best possible value. You will play a key role in supplier research, price analysis, and developing a strong vendor network to support our procurement operations. Your ability to assess market trends and negotiate competitive terms will directly contribute to the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our projects.

Job Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential suppliers for construction materials, services, and equipment.
- Evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company standards.
- Gather and analyze price quotes, negotiating the best terms and pricing to ensure cost savings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new product innovations to optimize sourcing strategies.
- Work closely with procurement and project teams to understand material requirements and ensure a steady supply.
- Assist in contract negotiations and ensure all sourcing activities align with company policies and project specifications.
- Maintain an organized database of supplier contacts, pricing, and performance records for future reference.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in sourcing and cost reduction strategies.
- Ensure that all sourced materials comply with quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, construction management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess supplier capabilities and cost structures.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to secure favorable terms with vendors.
- Familiarity with construction materials, industry regulations, and vendor management best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software, Excel, and data analysis tools is a plus.
