We're currently looking for a Legal Corporate Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be part of an exciting journey to rethink construction through innovation and creativity—bringing real impact to how spaces are built across Indonesia.

About the Role

In Legal - Compliance and Admin Team, you will help and assure Company’s compliance, license, and corporate actions matters are aligned with applicable law and regulation in Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the internal team with legal requests and/or requirements.
• Manage the company's Intellectual Property rights and conduct audits on IP that may potentially infringe upon the company's IP.
• Responsible to assist Company regarding its Corporate Action
• Responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with legal obligations within the legal system in Indonesia (OSS, LKPM, Construction Reports, etc.).
• Ensure and update the company's permits and licenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree of law from reputable university
• 1- 2 (two) years Post Qualified Experience (PQE)
• Having an experience in construction company would be preferable
• Having an experience in assisting Company/Client regarding Corporate Action
• Having experience in handling OSS and LKPM, also accustomed to dealing and communicating with Government institutions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented individual
• Works well with a team and independently
