Position Overview:  
The Scrum Master is a key role at Anchanto, responsible for driving successful product deliveries, ensuring adherence to Agile processes, and managing scrum spin-offs. The role involves overseeing projects from kick-off to release, providing weekly status reporting to internal and external stakeholders, and acting as the single point of contact for engineering, QA, delivery, and customer-facing teams.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Cross-Team Coordination
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Conduct sprint reviews and backlog refinement sessions.
  • Support capacity planning and ensure progress tracking and scope management.
  • Manage communication between product, engineering, design, and other teams.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Resolve operational issues and remove blockers.
 
Process Management & Optimization
  • Act as the guardian of the SDLC process, ensuring adherence to defined milestones, quality gates, and documentation standards.
  • Facilitate stage reviews (requirements, design, build, test, release).
  • Work with Engineering Managers to enforce coding standards, peer reviews, and test coverage targets.
 
Tool Administration & Support
  • Manage product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!).
  • Provide training and support for tool usage across teams.
  • Ensure tool hygiene and data organization.
 
Resource Planning & Allocation
  • Support capacity planning and resource allocation.
  • Track team bandwidth and project workloads.
  • Coordinate with project managers on timelines and dependencies.
  • Assist with prioritization frameworks and backlog management.
 
Stakeholder Communication
  • Prepare materials for leadership reviews and board meetings.
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops.
     
Quality Assurance & Compliance
  • Define and track delivery KPIs including velocity, defect rates, schedule adherence, and deployment success rates.
  • Work closely with QA to ensure quality metrics are met before go-live.
  • Drive root cause analysis for delays, production incidents, and quality failures.
 
Essential Requirements
  • Logistics/Supply chain domain experience preferred.
  • Experience with global customer engagement.
  • Track record of handling complex SaaS-based projects, ideally in logistics/e-commerce.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders through influence.
  • Experience engaging with international customers across diverse scenarios.
