Responsibilities

  • Maintain CV database and keep record files, compile information and prepare recruitment reports.
  • Be responsible for preparing job descriptions, posting job ads in career sites and social media.
  • Conduct interviews in order to assess and select the most talented candidates.
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques.
  • Interact with potential candidates via phone, social media, and professional networks.
  • Get involved with the project’s recruitment strategy and participate in client’s meeting.
  • Be responsible for the organization and execution of the company’s career events.

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MSc/MA in Human Resources will be considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in recruitment is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with Workable or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including recruiting through social media platforms and other channels, will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with a proactive, “make-it-happen” attitude and a genuine growth mindset.
