Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls in an engaging, professional, and customer-focused manner, ensuring every interaction reflects care and commitment
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
- Able to support overnight shifts
Requirements
- Very good command of English (B2).
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
