Looking for a role where your love for the Swedish language and helping others plays a major factor? Our client is currently looking for Swedish-Speaking Customer Support Representatives to provide excellent customer care via chat and email, working remotely from anywhere within Greece!

In this opportunity, you will have the chance to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive overall experience. You'll be part of a dynamic, international team that values communication, empathy, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming chat and emails.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish (C1 - C2)
  • Very good command of English (B2 – C1)
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
