Interested in becoming an RBT?
RBTs work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct, 1:1 support to individuals receiving ABA therapy. This can include helping teach communication, social, and daily living skills, as well as implementing behavior support strategies, all based on personalized treatment plans. It’s a hands-on, meaningful role that makes a difference every day.
To qualify, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and pass a background check.

✔ Complete a 40-hour RBT training course (we’ll recommend a trusted option)
✔ Connect with an Arion BCBA for your competency assessment
✔ Prepare for the written RBT exam at a Pearson testing center
