If so, we want you to join our team at Arion Care Solutions, LLC as a Registered Behavior Technician!
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a key role in delivering direct ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to children and their families. You'll work closely with parents, caregivers, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to create positive, lasting change across various settings, including the home, school, clinic, and community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing ABA services and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure treatment integrity and effectiveness.
- Track client progress through data collection and treatment goals.
- Provide support in areas such as self-help skills, socialization, adaptive skills, and behavioral management.
- Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule while attending required meetings and trainings.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification from BACB.
- 3 months experience in providing ABA services or related services.
- State of AZ Article 9 Training
- First Aid/CPR Certification
- State of AZ Prevention and Support Training - obtained prior to service delivery
- ABA Ethical Guidelines.
- Clinical Handbook and Policy Orientation
- AzAHP -Initial and Annual Core Training Plan
