(Job TE- 1165) Telehealth Primary Care Physician - 10+ State Licenses Required

Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Telehealth Physician (MD/DO)

Overview:
Our client is a pioneering, venture-backed digital health company transforming the treatment of chronic metabolic conditions through a proprietary, data-driven technology platform. This is a fully remote, telehealth role for a mission-driven physician to provide virtual care and help shape the future of chronic disease management. The ideal candidate is a board-certified Internal or Family Medicine physician with an extensive, active multi-state licensure profile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual initial patient screenings and manage ongoing care via a proprietary digital platform.
• Prescribe and manage patient medications.
• Monitor member symptoms and provide timely clinical guidance or interventions.
• Supervise and collaborate closely with a team of Advanced Practice Providers (NPs and PAs).
• Provide clinical input to help enhance and improve internal tools and technology.
• Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation and respond to occasional patient voicemails.
• Travel for chart reviews approximately twice per year.

Requirements:

• Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Experiences:
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• 2+ years of clinical practice experience.
• Experience with telehealth and video-based platforms is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with or supervising NPs/PAs is a plus.
• Other:
• Must hold 10+ active, unrestricted medical licenses (must reside in the U.S.).
• Must be comfortable adopting new technology platforms.
• Must be available to participate in a periodic on-call rotation.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $230,000 - $250,000 per year, plus equity opportunities.

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Work arrangement: Remote (Telehealth). Schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM in your local time zone.
