About the Role
At Aspora, we’re building a global fintech that moves fast, solves hard problems, and keeps people at the center of every decision. We’re looking for People Partners who blend empathy with execution. The kind of operators who can think strategically with business leaders and still dive into the details of an onboarding, retention issue, or performance cycle.
You’ll own the full employee experience, from the moment someone accepts an offer to the day they move on, ensuring every individual feels valued, empowered, and supported to do the best work of their careers. This role combines HR Business Partnering, People Ops, and organizational problem-solving in a company that truly believes great people build great products.

What You’ll Own
Partner closely with business and functional leaders to design, run, and improve people systems like onboarding, performance reviews, feedback cycles, engagement, and exits.
Drive retention and growth by identifying flight risks early, coaching managers, and ensuring every team has clarity, trust, and accountability.
Build and scale onboarding and experience programs that make every new joiner feel connected to Aspora’s mission from day one.
Act as a coach and sounding board to managers and employees helping navigate performance, growth, and conflict with fairness and empathy.
Collaborate with leadership to plan org design, role definitions, and talent moves that align people strategy with business priorities.
Use AI and automation tools to streamline operations.
Use people data to identify trends, improve retention, and track the health of teams across geographies.
Drive values-based engagement reinforcing Aspora’s culture through rituals, communication, and recognition.
What We Need
3–5 years of experience in HRBP or People Operations roles in fast-paced environments (startup experience is mandatory).
Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and people programs (onboarding, performance, engagement, learning).
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge, and support business leaders.
Comfort with data and systems & ability to turn insights into action.
Deep empathy, discretion, and a natural ability to build trust at all levels.
A bias for execution, curiosity, and problem-solving.
