About the Role

We’re looking for an Office Manager to own the day-to-day running of our Bangalore office and ensure everything (and everyone) operates seamlessly. You’ll be the heart of our workplace: coordinating travel, managing assets and vendors, handling logistics for events, and creating an environment that feels both efficient and energising.

This is a high-ownership role that combines operations, people experience, and execution excellence. You’ll be trusted to take initiative, manage multiple moving parts, and keep the team experience smooth as we continue to scale.

Location: Bangalore || In Office

What You’ll Own

  • Oversee office administration and asset management. Maintain inventory, ensure vendor compliance, and track office equipment.

  • Manage travel and logistics for employee trips, offsites, and global movement.

  • Coordinate onboarding kits, gifting, and shipping for new joiners and company-wide initiatives.

  • Partner with the People & Culture team to plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal events.

  • Handle vendor coordination and procurement for facilities, events, and supplies across multiple locations.

  • Ensure the office environment remains organized, stocked, and functional, with smooth daily operations.

  • Support cross-office coordination with GIFT City, Dubai, and London teams on logistics and vendor matters.

What We Need

  • 3–5 years of experience in office administration, operations, or workplace management (preferably in a tech setup).

  • Strong coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple vendors, timelines, and priorities with precision.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.

  • Hands-on proficiency with spreadsheets, vendor tracking tools, and documentation systems.

  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to spot gaps before they become issues.

  • Comfortable working from the office full-time and available for occasional offsite or travel coordination.
