About the Role

Aspora is scaling fast across India, the UK, US, UAE, and beyond and we’re looking for a Senior Business Recruiter who can help us build world-class teams across our business functions like Legal, Finance, Strategy, Compliance, Growth, and Marketing.

You’ll own end-to-end hiring for global business roles, from market mapping to offer closure and act as a strategic hiring partner to our leadership team. This is a high-ownership, execution-driven role for someone who enjoys building from scratch, managing multiple priorities, and attracting exceptional talent globally.

Location: Bangalore || In Office

What You’ll Own

  • Partner directly with functional leaders to understand hiring needs, define role clarity, and craft great JDs.

  • Own full-cycle recruitment - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across geographies.

  • Build strong talent pipelines through research, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing across LinkedIn, forums, and niche communities.

  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience at every stage.

  • Partner with the People team to drive bar-raising hiring standards and maintain process efficiency through data-driven insights.

  • Manage recruitment operations, from scheduling and scorecards to compensation benchmarking and offer negotiations.

  • Act as a market intelligence partner, sharing insights on talent trends, compensation shifts, and competitive movements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve hiring processes, implement tools, and leverage AI for sourcing and evaluation efficiency.

What We Need

  • 5 – 7 years of experience in recruitment, with focus on business, growth, marketing, strategy, legal, and finance roles.

  • Experience hiring across multiple geographies (India + at least one international market preferred).

  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes with pace, precision, and high candidate quality.

  • Strong stakeholder management skill. You can influence and challenge business leaders with data.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, and can represent Aspora authentically to candidates.

  • Comfort with data tools, ATS systems, and AI-powered sourcing or screening tools.

  • A track record of building trust-based relationships and scaling high-performing teams.

  • Prior experience in early-stage startups or global expansion teams.

  • Hands-on familiarity with modern hiring stacks (Ashby, Notion, ChatGPT for sourcing, etc.)
