🎯 Your mission:

• Be the friendly voice guiding clients through their questions with clarity and care
• Support them via calls, answering doubts about their saving goals and making sure they feel understood
• Introduce new solutions with a natural upsell that really benefits the client
• Deliver accurate, complete and trustworthy information using the right tools

Requirements

• French native or C2 level
• Someone who enjoys helping others and finds satisfaction in making things clear
• Energy, positivity and the ability to bring warmth into every conversation
