Job Overview
- Design, customize, document and perform testing of SAP BW data models within project timetable.
- Handle Batch Cycle operational support ( data loads monitoring and issue resolution, incident and problem resolution, downtime and performance management ).
- Acquire and apply knowledge on new IT solutions ( e.g. BW on HANA, Front-end tools and Datalake solutions ).
- Participate in workshops during project alignment and definition with business key-users. Carry out unit testing & facilitate user testing. Provide ad-hoc training and basic consulting/IT services.
