Job Overview
- Reports to the Domain Head of Platform Solution
- L3 support of the application for all European SaaS customers
- Owns all related regional Avaloq customization solutions
- Defines together with the Domain Scrum Master and the team the work model for the team
- Facilitates team meetings in order to meet the requirements of the customer
- Provides technical teams for dedicated strategic projects, customers and squads in the region
- Integrates external resources necessary to fill the positions/capacity required to fulfil its mission
- Responsible for the capacity planning and the ramp up of the team
