Technical Operations Manager

You’ll work directly with the founder to manage teams, track execution, and ensure projects ship on time. What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate daily operations across teams
- Lead, motivate and manage the tech team in an agile environment
- Monitor projects, deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely execution
- Set up and track company performance metrics
- Work with HR to recruit, onboard and retain top talent
- Improve internal processes to increase speed and efficiency
- Help scale the company and build a strong culture of ownership & excellence
Requirements
- 2+ years experience managing tech teams or technical operations
- A strong initiative-taker with an ownership mindset
- A proven history of delivering results and meeting deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects without losing detail
- Clear communication, leadership and team management ability
