Since its establishment in 2015, they have distributed its products across Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Taiwan through both offline and online channels. The Role
Our client is looking for a Wholesales Manager to develop and manage wholesale channels, with a strong focus on driving sales growth, acquiring new outlets, and building long-term relationships with key customers and wholesale owners.
Responsibilities
- Regularly analyze and act on sales data to identify growth opportunities, enhance revenue, expand market share, and improve the overall performance of wholesale accounts.
- Ensure sales growth from key (Pareto) customers and maintain active outlet numbers in line with company targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
- Acquire new outlets (NOO) through proactive outreach, both directly and through area sales teams.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with wholesale customers and owners, including responding to their needs quickly and effectively.
- Develop agreements with resellers that support long-term growth, including negotiating mutually beneficial contracts.
- Propose and implement impactful promotions and programs in collaboration with internal branding teams and priority partners.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and receivables to ensure timely collection from wholesale customers.
- Prepare weekly sales performance reports and participate in regular sales meetings with the internal team.
- Plan and execute promotional and discount programs aimed at boosting customer engagement and conversions, including evaluate the performance of promotional activities and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Monitor and analyze selling prices at baby shops and online marketplaces to ensure compliance with pricing guidelines, and recommend adjustments when discrepancies are found.
- Mentor and coach sales team members to improve field execution and performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and facilitate knowledge-sharing and decision-making.
Requirements
- Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in wholesale or retail sales, preferably in the Mom and Baby Care industry.
- Proven track record in managing wholesale distribution channels and achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and market dynamics.
- Excellent skill in communication, interpersonal, negotiation, teamwork, as well as coaching and mentoring.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Professional certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
- Willing to travel frequently to several areas.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
