Infrastructure Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing, monitoring, and maintaining the organisation's computer systems, networks, and related infrastructure components.

A snapshot of your duties:

• Administer Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Endpoint Device Management (Intune);
• Application packaging and deployment;
• Provide administration and localised support for the corporate network;
• Administer network environment, including switches, storage, LANs/WANs, enterprise server hardware, firewalls, etc;
• Support, update and troubleshoot Windows Active Directory and group policy;
• Administer the Citrix Cloud environment and master images;
• Administer the messaging and collaboration environment – M365 and Cisco Webex;
• Deploy and administer critical and security patch deployments for the workstations and server environment in line with IT security vulnerability assessments;
• Administer backup management solutions, Veeam and Azure Backup;
• Manage virtual servers through VM Virtual Centre and Azure Portal;
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other stakeholders.
