Our Fortune 100 financial services client is seeking two experienced Technical Business Analysts to support a large-scale credit card processor integration project within their banking partner ecosystem. This role will focus on capturing and documenting both business and technical requirements, mapping current and future-state processes, and ensuring seamless alignment between business operations and technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional with experience in credit card servicing and processing who can bridge communication between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.

What you’ll do:
- Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for credit card processing systems.
- Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and comprehensive process flow diagrams (business and technical).
- Map current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) processes related to credit card servicing and transaction processing.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Support testing activities by reviewing test cases to ensure alignment with documented requirements.
- Maintain project documentation according to organizational or PMO standards.
- Gather and define non-functional requirements, including system performance, scalability, and data quality.
