Job Overview
- Participating in face 2 face user research activities (IDIs, focus groups etc.)
- Synthesizing the gathered information into actionable insights and opportunity areas
- Leading & Supporting ideation of concepts based on user research findings.
- Supporting the integration of concepts into the teams’ product pipeline
- Creation of clear & readable sketches and eye-catching 2D renderings
- Building of early hands-on prototypes (e.g. to explore various ergonomic concepts)
- Building of CAD design data (Rhino/CREO)
- Creation of 3D renderings (Keyshot)
- Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationale both verbally (in English) and visually
- Working closely with internal development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented, and design excellence is kept throughout the process.
- External vendor management and coordination of work
- Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems & style guides
- Sharing your experience in form of enabling formats (e.g. trainings) to your colleagues
