Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Experience in client-facing technical support roles

  • Willing to hustle and work across multiple time zones

  • Currently managing a team

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer issues related to Blotout’s JavaScript SDKs and integrations

  • Communicate clearly with customers to understand and resolve technical problems

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and solve complex issues

  • Lead a small team of junior engineers and scale the team as we progress

  • Guide and mentor team members to ensure high-quality technical support
