As an IT Service Desk employee, you provide support to end users (doctors, nurses, and administrative staff). You resolve incidents, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure proper follow-up. Support is provided both remotely and on-site.
As a helpdesk agent, you are a team player: you collaborate with colleagues to solve complex questions and problems.
Your responsibilities:
· Act as the first point of contact for end users.
· Configure and install end-user devices (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, etc.).
· Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting on end-user equipment.
· Communicate with external vendors and service providers to follow up on tickets and coordinate interventions.
· Assess and prioritize incoming tickets based on urgency and impact.
· After an initial training period, you will participate in the on-call service.
