Job Overview

The jobholder is responsible for managing the Sales team to ensure the acquisition of new business in order to optimize the company's commercial results of our credit insurance and debt collection lines.

Your role will be to : 

  • Define the Business Plan and ensure the development and execution of sales plans.
  • Manage, coach and motivate the Sales team to ensure the team is meeting their targets.
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives in order to ensure an active pipeline of qualified prospects through different channels (banks, brokers, direct approach,…)
  • Maximise the opportunities for all product lines through partnerships, financial institutions,… to further expand the business.
  • Work with the Marketing manager in making the most effective use of the resource for campaigns/events.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will focus on :

  • Delivery of target revenue for new sales in all product lines (credit insurance as well services).  
  • Performance management, coaching and motivation of the Sales team.
  • Building and implementing the commercial strategy and regional marketing plan
  • Monitoring the use of the CRM system.
