Your Activities

• Support the sale or acquisition process of real estate assets, including the preparation of technical and commercial documentation
• Work across all real estate asset classes (office, retail, residential, logistics, etc.), managing transactions that address mid-cap investment sizes relevant to both private and institutional investors.
• Assist in managing relationships with institutional investors, private clients, and market operators (including real estate brokers)
• Conduct market research and economic evaluations on individual properties or assigned portfolios
• Analyse offers and purchase proposals, preparing summary reports and recommendations for clients
• Draft presentation materials and periodic reports on deal progress and market dynamics
• Participate in property inspections and site visits across Italy
